Business Development Executive

role. This position focuses on driving business growth by identifying, engaging, and closing new opportunities within the technology and innovation ecosystem. The ideal candidate is strategic, results-driven, and skilled at building partnerships, expanding networks, and positioning XTech solutions as a preferred choice for clients.

Responsibilities

Manage and expand a dynamic pipeline of high-potential opportunities, guiding prospects from initial contact to successful closure.

Actively participate in and contribute to entrepreneurial communities, fintech hubs, and industry forums to enhance brand visibility, stay ahead of emerging trends, and foster meaningful partnerships.

Build and nurture strong relationships with incubators, accelerators, venture capitalists, and innovation labs to drive collaboration and business expansion opportunities.

Work closely with the Marketing team to generate high-quality leads, refine messaging, and ensure a steady flow of engaged prospects through targeted campaigns and thought leadership initiatives.

Demonstrate deep expertise in XTech solutions and industry trends, address client challenges, handle objections, and offer tailored solutions that align with their business needs.

Serve as a trusted advisor, delivering insightful guidance, product education, and actionable recommendations to empower clients and drive long-term value realization.

Act as the primary point of contact and strategic partner for clients, ensuring seamless communication, proactive problem-solving, and exceptional service delivery.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in related field

3-5 years

of experience in business development, sales, or partnerships within the tech, fintech, SaaS, or innovation sectors.

Saudi Nationality

Experience engaging with startups, VCs, incubators, accelerators, and industry forums.

Strong verbal and written skills to pitch, present, and close deals effectively.
