Key Responsibilities :

• Conduct comprehensive market research to identify potential growth opportunities for the business, the product, and the client base.
• Create and implement strategic plans to expand Webook's footprint.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of business opportunities.
• Develop and sustain relationships with clients (at the organizational level) and partners.
• Lead negotiations and finalize business agreements and partnerships.
• Develop and execute effective growth strategies to meet and exceed department KPIs.
• Analyze growth and sales performance and provide actionable insights and recommendations.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to drive user and client acquisition and engagement.
• Align business development initiatives with overall company goals and the product roadmap.
• Provide weekly updates and reports on business development activities, performance metrics, and market trends.
• Identify and capitalize on opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Lead and mentor the business development specialists and interns.
• Foster a collaborative environment across departments to ensure successful execution of business strategies.
