Finance Manager

Overview

We are seeking a highly analytical and strategic Finance Manager to join our leadership team and guide key investment decisions across a dynamic real estate portfolio. This role is ideal for a finance professional with deep expertise in real estate, asset management, and financial modeling—someone who can confidently advise at the board level and drive long-term value creation. Key Responsibilities

Strategic Investment Leadership : Advise the board on high-impact investment opportunities including acquisitions, disposals, land development, and asset repositioning. Support strategic decisions to maximize returns and long-term value across the portfolio. Advanced Financial Analysis & Modeling : Conduct comprehensive financial feasibility studies and scenario modeling to evaluate investment risks and potential returns. Manage a diversified investment portfolio, including real estate and alternative assets. Monitor asset performance and recommend strategies to enhance yield and overall returns. Real Estate & Land Asset Strategy : Continuously assess and improve the performance of real estate holdings and land assets. Identify opportunities to unlock value in underperforming or underutilized assets. Financial Planning & Cash Flow Management : Lead budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management to ensure financial stability and alignment with corporate strategy. Maintain fiscal discipline while supporting growth initiatives. Financial Reporting & Strategic Insights : Deliver timely, accurate financial reports and dashboards. Translate complex financial data into actionable insights for board and executive leadership. Board Engagement & Stakeholder Communication : Prepare and present high-impact presentations that clearly communicate financial performance and investment strategies to board members and senior stakeholders. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field MBA, CPA, CFA, or CMA strongly preferred Minimum 8 years of finance experience, including at least 3 years in real estate investment or asset management Expertise in financial modeling, investment analysis, and scenario planning Strong communication skills with the ability to convey complex financial data to executive stakeholders Deep understanding of real estate markets, valuation methods, and asset strategies Proficiency in financial systems and ERP platforms (experience with Odoo is a plus) Seniority level
