Finance Manager

Overview

We are seeking a highly analytical and strategic Finance Manager to join our leadership team and guide key investment decisions across a dynamic real estate portfolio. This role is ideal for a finance professional with deep expertise in real estate, asset management, and financial modeling—someone who can confidently advise at the board level and drive long-term value creation.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Investment Leadership : Advise the board on high-impact investment opportunities including acquisitions, disposals, land development, and asset repositioning. Support strategic decisions to maximize returns and long-term value across the portfolio.
• Advanced Financial Analysis & Modeling : Conduct comprehensive financial feasibility studies and scenario modeling to evaluate investment risks and potential returns. Manage a diversified investment portfolio, including real estate and alternative assets. Monitor asset performance and recommend strategies to enhance yield and overall returns.
• Real Estate & Land Asset Strategy : Continuously assess and improve the performance of real estate holdings and land assets. Identify opportunities to unlock value in underperforming or underutilized assets.
• Financial Planning & Cash Flow Management : Lead budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management to ensure financial stability and alignment with corporate strategy. Maintain fiscal discipline while supporting growth initiatives.
• Financial Reporting & Strategic Insights : Deliver timely, accurate financial reports and dashboards. Translate complex financial data into actionable insights for board and executive leadership.
• Board Engagement & Stakeholder Communication : Prepare and present high-impact presentations that clearly communicate financial performance and investment strategies to board members and senior stakeholders.
