Responsibilities
Lead negotiation, commercial and proposal activities for the development of Compression Service orders and projects for the Middle East region, including Master Frame Agreements, Long Term Service Agreements, and sophisticated modification and upgrade projects.
Support the preparation and presentation of opportunities throughout the bid process for the Compression Service organization.
Identify key market conditions, regulations, and risks to evaluate potential and profitable opportunities.
Analyze data and apply financial proficiency to drive successful bids, optimizing gross profit, cash flow and assets.
Structure bids considering customer and tax requirements, guide regional colleagues in onshore parts, and produce wall-to-wall calculations.
Lead the selection and evaluation of business partners and negotiate commercial terms and consortium contracts with relevant departments.
Manage risk and compliance, including currency risks, payment terms, insurances, export control and customs, and other commercial considerations.
What You Bring
Bachelor’s degree in Finance / Business Administration / Accounting.
Around 5 years of professional experience in Finance; more experience may be considered for a higher level, with travel of about 10% within the region.
Strong analytical skills and understanding of Financial Reporting Standards; experience in project management, marketing, or cost estimation.
Good interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team, multi-task, and meet deadlines under pressure.
Ability to communicate technical financial information to non-financial stakeholders and to contribute to digitalization projects.
Eligible to work in the country of posting without current or future employer-sponsored work authorization. Internal transfers may be possible for current Siemens Energy employees with visa sponsorship.
Ability to travel up to 40% when necessary within the region.
