Project Coordinator

to support the planning and execution of high-profile events. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and capable of handling fast-paced operations while ensuring coordination between teams and stakeholders. Key Responsibilities : Assist in creating event timelines, schedules, and detailed project plans. Coordinate logistics including transportation, venue booking, vendor management, and catering. Prepare and distribute event materials, including presentations, contracts, and vendor agreements. Serve as a liaison with clients and vendors, ensuring smooth communication and timely follow-ups. Track deliverables and ensure deadlines and quality standards are met. Maintain and update project documentation and assist with budget tracking and invoice processing. Provide on-site support during setup, live events, and teardown. Help manage event staff and address real-time issues. Assist in post-event reporting and feedback collection. Qualifications : Bachelors degree in Business Management, Hospitality, Communications, or a related field. 1-3 years of experience in event coordination or project support. Strong communication, multitasking, and organizational skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and event management software (e.g., Asana, Trello). Required Skills :
