HR & Admin Manager

Overview

A leading Manufacturing company is looking for a

highly motivated and experienced HR & Admin Manager

with minimum 7 years of progressive experience in Human Resources, specializing in HR operations and administration. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a hands-on approach, passionate about streamlining processes, driving compliance, and enhancing the overall employee experience. Key Responsibilities

Lead and optimize day-to-day HR operations and employee relations. Ensure HR policies and procedures are implemented effectively and consistently. Monitor compliance with local labour laws and internal policies. Manage onboarding for foreign labour and handling all relevant requirements (Block visas, work visas, business visas, family affairs, iqama, GOSI, benefits, Taqat, Qiwa, and Saudi Government related portals). Manage employee documentation, contracts, and data accuracy across all HR systems. Oversee administrative HR functions to ensure smooth support to all departments. Collaborate with department heads to identify HR operational needs and provide practical solutions. Maintain all client documents such as CR, Saudization, GOSI, Tax, ZAKAT, etc. Administrate new / existing vendor records and maintain tracking. Oversee government relations across government entities in KSA including ministries and embassies as listed. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum of 8 years of experience in HR, with a strong background in operations role preferable in manufacturing industry. Solid understanding of HR systems, processes, and local labor laws and portals. Strong organizational and time management skills. Excellent communication skills and behaviour. Seniority level
