Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field. 2-5 years of experience in HR & Administration (preferably in construction / contracting). Strong knowledge of HR processes, payroll, and statutory compliance. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Proficiency in MS Office and HR management systems / software.
