Overview
The Enterprise PMO Lead at Urban Ridge Supplies will be responsible for establishing and leading the Enterprise Project Management Office (PMO) to ensure standardized project management practices across the organization. This role involves developing project governance frameworks, ensuring alignment of projects with strategic business objectives, and enhancing overall project performance. The Enterprise PMO Lead will mentor project managers, facilitate resource allocation, and drive continuous improvement initiatives for project execution.
Responsibilities
- Establish and lead the Enterprise PMO to standardize project management practices across the organization.
- Develop project governance frameworks and ensure alignment of projects with strategic objectives.
- Enhance overall project performance and drive continuous improvement in project execution.
- Mentor and develop project managers; facilitate resource allocation.
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field (Masters preferred).7+ years of experience in project management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role within a PMO context.Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale projects and portfolios.Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.) and governance frameworks.Excellent leadership, coaching, and mentoring skills.Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.Experience with project management software and tools.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on continuous improvement.PMP or similar certification is required.Job Details
