Job descriptionBachelors degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field (Masters preferred). 7+ years of experience in project management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role within a PMO context. Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale projects and portfolios. Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.) and governance frameworks. Excellent leadership, coaching, and mentoring skills. Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels. Experience with project management software and tools. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on continuous improvement. PMP or similar certification is required.
