Key Responsibilities
Prepare and execute the sales plan for the region.
Actively develop business with new customers in the pharmaceutical and medical devices segment.
Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of products and therapy areas.
Stay fully conversant with current marketing strategies and initiatives.
Compile, review and monitor performance against the strategic business plan.
Coordinate with the Purchase department for timely execution of all orders.
Arrange delivery dates and notify the Supplies department of scheduled dates.
Maintain a database of key accounts and develop relationships with customers to understand their requirements.
Ensure all company expenditure is accurately monitored within budget, and expense forms are completed, approved and submitted within agreed deadlines.
Capture and share accurate, timely and relevant customer knowledge with colleagues using agreed processes.
Job Requirements
Significant experience in pharmaceutical sales.
Primary and secondary care sales experience.
Bachelor’s degree preferably in Pharmacy, or equivalent pharmacy qualification.
Valid Saudi driving license and transferable iqama.
Key Competencies
Advanced selling and excellent persuasive skills.
Proficiency in English (written / verbal).
Strong business correspondence skills.
Native Arabic speaker preferred.
Ability to analyze and interpret sales data.
Strong follow‑up and coordination.
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
