Job descriptionHolding diploma degree in electronics or equivalent Minimum of 2 years’ experience in WG products repair preferably in authorized service centers. Hard working and team player. High ownership towards work-space. Customer oriented. Communicate in Arabic and / or English Language Analytical and trouble-shooter. Very good computer skills especially Microsoft office applications.
We are seeking for Senior Home appliances "White goods" Technician to join our Service - Aftersales team, and lead Home appliances' Technicians.
Core Responsibilities :
- Repair defective white goods items (ex. Refrigerators, washing machines, Air Conditions cookers…etc) according to the working instructions for technical center repairs.
- Supports in the repair of the HA products (ex. Water dispensers, ….etc)
- Control the consumption of the spare parts.
- Maintain good relation with the supplier to timely resolve the pending cases.
- Daily update the system for the work done.
- Order the spare parts required for repairing the item according to the working instructions.
- Preparing charge estimate for out of warranty and miss-use cases.
- Prepare technical reports for defective items to be signed by the Senior White goods Technician.
- Assure the implementation of the services SOPs in his daily activities
- Responsible to achieve the services KPIs of his area of work.
