Job descriptionDiagnose and repair AC system malfunctions, including electrical issues, compressor failure, refrigerant leaks, and thermostat problems. Perform system diagnostics and use tools to identify and correct issues in HVAC systems. Calibrate and test air conditioning systems to ensure optimal performance. Adjust airflow and temperature settings for energy efficiency and comfort. Provide excellent customer service by explaining issues and solutions to clients in a clear and understandable manner. Respond to customer complaints and requests for service in a professional and courteous manner. Maintain an inventory of tools, parts, and equipment necessary for repairs and installations. Order parts and equipment as required for specific tasks.
