Key Responsibilities :

Facilitate knowledge transfer, mentoring, and skill development within the team.

Required Qualifications :

Minimum of

10 years of experience

in cybersecurity, with at least

5 years in a leadership or delivery management role

. Experience managing geographically dispersed teams and multi-vendor environments.

Desired Skills and Certifications :

Familiarity with regulatory frameworks such as

SAMA Cybersecurity Framework

NCA ECC

, and

ISO 27001

. Strong leadership, analytical, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
