The Role of the Revenue Director The role of the director of revenue at Four Seasons Hotel Riyadh goes beyond simply managing a sales team. This influential position sets the overall direction and strategy for the company's sales team, playing a vital role in aligning sales, marketing, and customer support processes to meet and exceed key performance indicators.

To excel in this position, certain skills are crucial. Firstly, their strategic mindset allows them to analyse market trends and identify opportunities for revenue optimization. They must possess excellent communication and negotiation abilities to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

A positive attitude is also essential for motivating people and teams under their management. By fostering an environment where individuals can thrive professionally, the Director of Revenue plays an instrumental role in maximizing team potential.

Knowledge and Skills

Bachelor's degree in hospitality, Economics, Business, or a related field.

4 years in revenue management with a track record of achieving revenue goals and driving growth.

Excellent reading, writing and oral proficiency in English language.

Proficient in MS Excel, Word, & PowerPoint.

Proficiency in revenue management systems and tools, as well as property management systems.

Strategic thinking and strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.

Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects under time constraints.

Areas of Responsibility Sales & Marketing, F&B, Rooms.
