The Role of the Revenue Director The director of revenue at Four Seasons Hotel Riyadh goes beyond simply managing a sales team. This influential position sets the overall direction and strategy for the company’s sales team, playing a vital role in aligning sales, marketing, and customer support processes to meet and exceed key performance indicators. A positive attitude is essential for motivating people and teams under their management, fostering an environment where individuals can thrive professionally and maximizing team potential.

Key Responsibilities

Set overall direction and strategy for the sales team.

Align sales, marketing, and customer support processes.

Analyze market trends and identify opportunities for revenue optimization.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Motivate and develop the sales team to achieve revenue goals.

Collaborate with F&B, Rooms, and other functional areas to maximize revenue.

Monitor and report on key performance indicators.

Knowledge and Skills

Bachelor’s degree in hospitality, economics, business, or a related field.

At least 4 years in revenue management with a track record of achieving revenue goals and driving growth.

Excellent reading, writing and oral proficiency in English language.

Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Proficiency in revenue management systems, tools, and property management systems.

Strategic thinking and strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.

Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects under tight time constraints.
