Delivery Manager

Role Overview : We are seeking an experienced

Delivery Lead

to manage the end-to-end delivery of technology solutions in financial services, with a focus on

core banking transformation . The role requires strong leadership skills, technical expertise, and experience managing both

onshore and offshore teams

to ensure high-quality, timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities :

Lead and oversee delivery of complex technology solutions across cloud, on-premises, and hybrid environments. Manage and mentor

onshore and offshore teams , ensuring collaboration, productivity, and alignment with project goals. Work closely with solution architects, business analysts, and client stakeholders to ensure successful implementation of core banking and digital transformation initiatives. Monitor project progress, risks, dependencies, and resource allocation; ensure timely escalation and resolution of issues. Drive adherence to delivery best practices, quality standards, and governance frameworks. Facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders to provide clear project updates. Support pre-sales activities, including RFP / RFI responses, solution planning, and scoping. Stay updated on emerging technologies, industry trends, and financial services best practices to guide project delivery strategies. Required Qualifications :

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. 10+ years of experience in technology consulting or delivery management, with at least 3 years in

core banking transformation

projects. Proven experience managing

onshore and offshore teams

in complex, multi-location projects. Strong understanding of enterprise architecture, cloud-native technologies, microservices, and integration patterns. Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills. Experience in financial services, banking, or fintech is highly preferred. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills with the ability to navigate ambiguity and complex project landscapes.
