Delivery Manager

Role Overview :

We are seeking an experienced Delivery Lead to manage the end-to-end delivery of technology solutions in financial services, with a focus on core banking transformation . The role requires strong leadership skills, technical expertise, and experience managing both onshore and offshore teams to ensure high-quality, timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and oversee delivery of complex technology solutions across cloud, on-premises, and hybrid environments.
• Manage and mentor onshore and offshore teams , ensuring collaboration, productivity, and alignment with project goals.
• Work closely with solution architects, business analysts, and client stakeholders to ensure successful implementation of core banking and digital transformation initiatives.
• Monitor project progress, risks, dependencies, and resource allocation; ensure timely escalation and resolution of issues.
• Drive adherence to delivery best practices, quality standards, and governance frameworks.
• Facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders to provide clear project updates.
• Support pre-sales activities, including RFP / RFI responses, solution planning, and scoping.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies, industry trends, and financial services best practices to guide project delivery strategies.
