About Our Client

The client is a leading RE investment fund in the KSA region expanding actively with multiple new portfolios across the country.

Job Description

• Defining feasibility components for investment projects (costs, returns, etc.)
• Analysing market trends and identifying investment opportunities in Saudi Arabia (KSA)
• Evaluating macroeconomic implications and real estate trends
• Conducting due diligence and risk assessments
• Managing external consultants and service providers

The Successful Applicant

• A Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field (Master's preferred)
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Experience in financial modelling and investment analysis
• Knowledge of risk management and compliance
• The ability to work independently and collaboratively, and manage multiple tasks.
