Job Description Defining feasibility components for investment projects (costs, returns, etc.) Analysing market trends and identifying investment opportunities in Saudi Arabia (KSA) Evaluating macroeconomic implications and real estate trends Conducting due diligence and risk assessments Managing external consultants and service providers

The Successful Applicant A Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field (Master's preferred) Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills Experience in financial modelling and investment analysis Knowledge of risk management and compliance The ability to work independently and collaboratively, and manage multiple tasks.
