Project Delivery Manager

The Project Delivery Manager (PDM) is responsible for the successful delivery of projects within SWATX, ensuring that all initiatives meet quality standards, are completed on time, and align with business objectives. This role requires effective planning, coordination, and communication across cross-functional teams, managing resources, budgets, and stakeholder expectations. The PDM plays a critical role in maintaining project documentation, tracking progress, and implementing best practices in project delivery methodologies.

Requirements

Qualifications :

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in project management, with a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, PRINCE2).
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with various stakeholders effectively.
• Proficient in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, MS Project).
