Overview Delivery Project Manager – PMC COMPANY – Arabic Speaker

Our client is a multinational Project Management Consultancy (PMC) company managing Construction & Engineering projects across KSA and is looking to hire a Delivery Manager - PMC Projects.

Budget : SAR 30,000K to SAR 33,000K+ Benefits

Note : The role is open only for Arabic Speakers.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as the primary interface with client delivery departments and PIF entities.

Provide senior management input into all project delivery-related matters and ensure alignment with strategic objectives and growth priorities.

Oversee end-to-end project delivery, including planning, design, execution, and handover to asset management or operators.

Implement contractor mitigation and execution plans, including procurement strategies, resource allocation, and delay mitigation strategies.

Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, ensuring timely resolution of early warnings and maintaining a formal risk management framework.

Monitor project budgets, financial performance, and contractor / consultant payments, ensuring approvals and certifications are completed without delays.

Manage quality control at all stages, including design, mock-ups, and final construction.

Coordinate across multiple internal departments (engineering, design, supervision, contracts, finance) to meet delivery targets.

Ensure compliance with client standards, local regulations, sustainability requirements, and corporate governance practices.

Lead construction phase management, supervising site and design teams, resolving issues, and facilitating collaborative problem-solving with contractors.

Manage commercial aspects of projects, including budget control, cost monitoring, and coordination with cost consultants.

Build and maintain strong client relationships, resolving disputes professionally, representing the company in meetings, presentations, and project discussions.

Maintain formal reporting arrangements on project progress for clients and senior management.

Foster collaboration between international expertise and local execution teams to achieve project milestones.

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline (Master’s preferred).

20+ years of experience in project and construction management, with exposure to PIF projects or large government-led initiatives.

Proven track record in managing multi-disciplinary teams on complex, high-value infrastructure or development projects.

Demonstrated experience in mega-project delivery, PMC / EPMO frameworks, and client-facing leadership.

Strong interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills with the ability to confidently face clients and senior stakeholders.

Arabic fluency (written and spoken) is mandatory.

PMP / PMI or equivalent project management certification is an advantage.
