الإشراف على فريق المبيعات ومتابعة تحقيق الأهداف الشهرية والسنوية. وضع وتنفيذ خطط البيع وزيادة الحصة السوقية. متابعة الأسواق والمنافسين وتحليل تقارير المبيعات. تدريب وتحفيز الفريق لتحقيق الأداء الأمثل. بناء علاقات قوية مع العملاء والحفاظ على رضاهم. Job Requirements

خبرة لا تقل عن 3 سنوات في مجال الإشراف على المبيعات (يشترط في قطاع الأدوات أو المعدات الصناعية). مهارات قيادية عالية وقدرة على إدارة فريق عمل. مهارات تواصل وتفاوض قوية. إجادة استخدام برامج الحاسب الآلي وMicrosoft Office
