Sales Account Manager

Job descriptionBuild and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions. Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals, ensuring achievement of sales targets. Develop and execute account plans to maximize customer satisfaction and revenue growth. Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and product, to deliver on client expectations. Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new sales opportunities. Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals. Monitor account performance and provide regular updates to senior management.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in account management or sales roles, preferably in a B2B or technology environment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
