إعلان وظيفي - مدير تطوير الأعمال والمبيعات

الرياض المملكة العربية السعودية

تعلن شركة قمرة للإنتاج الإعلامي عن حاجتها لتعيين مدير تطوير الأعمال والمبيعات للانضمام إلى فريقها وقيادة فرص التوسع وزيادة الإيرادات وتحقيق الأهداف الاستراتيجية للشركة.

المهام والمسؤوليات الرئيسية

تطوير استراتيجيات وخطط التوسع وزيادة المبيعات.
إدارة العلاقات مع العملاء الحاليين والجدد والشركاء الاستراتيجيين.
تحديد الفرص الجديدة وتحليل الأسواق والمنافسين بفعالية.
إعداد العروض التقديمية وتقديمها للعملاء المحتملين والمفتاحيين.
الإشراف على عمليات التفاوض وإبرام العقود لضمان تحقيق أهداف الإيرادات.
قيادة وإدارة فريق تطوير الأعمال والمبيعات وتوزيع المهام والمسؤوليات بوضوح.
تحديد أهداف الفريق ومتابعة الأداء وتقديم الملاحظات بانتظام.
التعاون مع فرق التسويق والتشغيل والإنتاج لضمان توافق استراتيجيات تطوير الأعمال والمبيعات مع أهداف الشركة.
تطوير وتنفيذ العمليات لتحسين كفاءة العمل ورفع مستوى رضا العملاء.
إعداد تقارير دورية للإدارة العليا عن أداء المبيعات وفرص الأعمال والإيرادات.
تعزيز بيئة عمل تشجع على الابتكار والنمو المهني للفريق.

المؤهلات والخبرات المطلوبة

درجة البكالوريوس في إدارة الأعمال أو التسويق أو تخصص ذي صلة.

خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في تطوير الأعمال والمبيعات ويفضل في قطاع الإنتاج الإعلامي.

المهارات المطلوبة

مهارات تفاوض عالية المستوى لتحقيق أفضل الصفقات.

القدرة على إدارة الوقت وتحقيق الأهداف في المواعيد المحددة.

مهارات اتصال قوية لتطوير العلاقات الداخلية والخارجية.

التفكير الاستراتيجي والإبداع في ابتكار الحلول لتعزيز أداء الشركة في السوق.

المعرفـة التقنية

معرفة بصناعة الإعلام والإنتاج ومتطلبات السوق.

القدرة على استخدام برامج تحليل السوق وإعداد التقارير.

إجادة استخدام Microsoft Office وGoogle Drive.

بيئة العمل

العمل ضمن فريق احترافي بإشراف مباشر من الإدارة العليا.

بيئة عمل تفاعلية تدعم الإبداع والابتكار.
