Responsibilities

• Facilitate preparation and coordination for executive and board-level meetings (including NRC, ARC, EXCOM).
• Maintain clear, compliant, and timely communications with shareholders.
• Monitor decisions from shareholders and ensure appropriate follow-through across internal teams.
• Maintain and track the corporate governance schedule, including statutory reporting, audit cycles, capital events, and risk management initiatives.
• Ensure alignment with internal controls and external regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with executive stakeholders (CEO, CFO, COO, CSO) on the development of strategic business plans, corporate forecasts, and internal / external performance reports.
• Contribute to the delivery of high-quality materials to inform decision-making and track business performance.
• Lead or support high-impact, cross-functional initiatives such as joint ventures, new market entries, or internal policy implementations.
• Draft executive summaries, briefing documents, and policy papers to support corporate development.
