About the Role
A leading hospitality and remote-site catering group in Saudi Arabia is looking for an experienced Banquet & Events Manager to oversee high-volume events, corporate functions, and catering operations. This is a hands-on leadership role focused on maintaining service quality, organizing event logistics, managing teams, and ensuring client satisfaction across complex operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the planning and execution of large-scale catering events and banquets
- Manage event logistics, buffet layouts, service sequences, and team deployment
- Conduct detailed pre-event briefings, site inspections, and operational checks
- Ensure SOPs and service standards are followed across all functions
- Supervise staff performance and training to maintain efficiency and professionalism
- Coordinate closely with culinary and F&B teams for menu planning and execution
- Manage inventory, equipment readiness, and digital event tools (menu displays, allergen tags)
- Actively resolve client complaints and implement service improvement plans
- Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and sustainability standards
Requirements
Minimum 8 years of experience in banqueting, events, or large-scale hospitality operationsExperience in hotels, contract catering, or high-volume venues preferredStrong command of English language (verbal and written) – Certificate requiredProven leadership in multi-site or high-pressure event settingsSkilled in planning, team management, and client coordinationHands-on, solutions-oriented, and proactive approach to event executionValid certifications in food safety, hygiene, and HACCPMonthly Salary : SAR 8,000 – 10,000 + 2,000 Annual Bonus
