Sales Specialist
to join our team. Key Responsibilities
Generate, qualify, and nurture leads through outbound prospecting, inbound inquiries, referrals, and partner networks. Manage the full sales cycle : discovery, needs analysis, solution design with presales / engineering, proposal development, negotiation, and closing. Conduct client meetings, demos, and site visits to understand requirements and position Ruqaqa’s AV solutions and services. Prepare and present tailored proposals, quotations, and ROI / TCO justifications; coordinate with technical teams for accurate scopes and BOMs. Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets (revenue, margin, new logos, and cross-sell / upsell). Develop and manage key accounts; establish long-term relationships with decision-makers, influencers, and procurement teams. Collaborate with presales, project delivery, and support to ensure smooth handover, timely delivery, and customer satisfaction. Monitor market trends, competitors, and pricing to inform sales strategy and positioning. Attend industry events and exhibitions to generate leads; support light marketing tasks such as preparing brochures and basic content as needed. Utilize AI and productivity tools to streamline prospecting, research, and proposal drafting. Produce weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales reports with results, insights, and actionable recommendations. Requirements
Bachelor’s degree preferred but not mandatory. 2+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in audio-visual, ICT, ELV, or related solutions; strong track record of meeting / exceeding targets. Strong presentation, negotiation, and proposal-writing skills; ability to collaborate with technical teams. Familiarity with basic marketing and content tools for light support (e.g., brochures, simple visuals) is a plus. Knowledge of AI-based tools for prospecting, research, and content assistance. Saudi nationality preferred. Work Details
Working hours :
8 hours per day, 5 days per week. Location : Riyadh – Hybrid (onsite and remote); regular travel for client meetings, site visits, and events. Seniority level
