Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned

Test Architect

to lead the end-to-end testing strategy and quality assurance across projects involving both internal and third-party testing teams. This role is critical in ensuring high-quality, performant, and well-coordinated testing efforts, while aligning with the Clients IT excellence and governance frameworks (Falcon). The ideal candidate will have strong technical leadership skills, a passion for process optimization, and experience managing automation and performance tools. Responsibilities

Define and Own Testing Strategy

across multiple projects and vendors. Recommend and Review

appropriate types of testing (e.g., functional, regression, performance, security, automation) to be included in third-party testing scopes. Manage Quality & Performance

metrics, ensuring delivery excellence. Own and Evolve QA Automation Frameworks

across platforms. Drive Knowledge Management

initiatives across testing projects. Build and implement a Cross-Functional Knowledge Plan

within the Client managed services testing team. Manage and optimize Automation and Performance Testing Tools . Skills

Lead and facilitate

Stakeholder Engagement Sessions

and requirement-gathering meetings. Act as a

Bridge between Internal QA Teams and Third-Party Vendors

to ensure alignment, communication, and collaboration. Support and contribute to

Client-Driven Initiatives , adapting to emerging demands. Ensure alignment with

Client's IT Excellence Falcon Process , enforcing compliance from third-party testing teams. Identify and Prepare Missing Test Artifacts

and processes in coordination with Client process teams. Validate

Test Deliverables and Scope Coverage

to meet quality and business expectations.
