Manage Helpdesk requests efficiently and provide hands-on troubleshooting for hardware and software issues.Support large-scale events and high-profile meetings, ensuring smooth IT setup and operations. Work closely with Lenovo executives and their assistants to address IT requirements and manage expectations effectively. Provide prompt, professional, and high-quality IT support with a strong customer service mindset. Be available for after-hours support as required.
