Area Director

Key Responsibilities :

Lead, mentor, and support managers across all assigned locations.

Develop and implement area-wide strategies to meet business goals and KPIs.

Monitor financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and P&L management.

Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations.

Conduct regular visits to each location to review operations and provide guidance.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as HR, marketing, and logistics.

Identify and implement opportunities for operational improvement and cost optimization.

Manage staffing levels, recruitment, and training initiatives across the area.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, vendors, and stakeholders.

Prepare detailed reports and present area performance to senior leadership.

Qualifications :

Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field (MBA preferred).

5+ years of experience in multi-unit management, preferably in retail, hospitality, or service sectors.

Proven leadership and team development skills.

Strong financial acumen and experience managing budgets and profitability.

Excellent communication, analytical, and decision-making abilities.

Ability to travel frequently across the assigned area.
