Job description

We are seeking an experienced Sales Director to lead and expand the national sales operations of our industrial trading division , specializing in black steel pipes, flanges, fittings, and MEP / contracting materials. The role demands a result-driven leader with deep market knowledge and proven success in driving revenue and managing large sales teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve company growth objectives.
  • Lead, guide, and evaluate regional sales teams across Riyadh, Dammam, and Jeddah.
  • Manage major client accounts and establish long-term relationships with contractors, EPCs, and project developers.
  • Set and monitor KPIs, ensuring consistent performance and profitability across all regions.
  • Oversee pricing, negotiation, and finalization of contracts to ensure competitive advantage and margin optimization.
  • Identify new markets, business opportunities, and key partnerships to expand company presence.
  • Collaborate with management to forecast sales, analyze trends, and report market performance.
  • Maintain alignment between sales operations, logistics, and finance to ensure smooth execution of projects.

This is a senior leadership position requiring strong commercial acumen, industry expertise, and the ability to drive a high-performance sales culture.
