About The Role

As a CBRE Property Management Senior Manager, you will supervise the team responsible for all operational and financial activities of large portfolios of properties.

What You’ll Do

Client Relationship Management

• Serve as the primary point of contact for property owners and asset managers, providing consistent communication and reporting on property performance and issues.
• Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with landlords and investors through transparent reporting and value-added insights.
• Address owner concerns and inquiries promptly and effectively. Collaborate with clients to develop and implement property management plans and strategies to maximize property value and achieve financial objectives.
