This is a full-time, on-site role located in Al Saudia for a Business Development Manager at Nomd Holding. The Business Development Manager will identify new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and develop strategic partnerships to drive market growth. The role entails creating and implementing effective business strategies, analyzing market trends, and collaborating with internal teams to achieve company objectives.

Qualifications

• Proven skills in Business Development, Relationship Management, and Strategic Partnerships
• Strong abilities in Market Research, Competitor Analysis, and Sales Forecasting
• Proficiency in Negotiation, Communication, and Presentation skills
• Experience in Financial Planning, Budgeting, and Performance Analysis
• Capability to analyze complex data and translate insights into actionable strategies
• Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is required; a Master's degree is preferred
• Experience within investment, finance, or related industries is a plus
• Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Arabic is highly advantageous
