Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead and execute complex, high‑impact projects within the payments industry. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong technical knowledge and leadership skills. The ideal candidate will drive end‑to‑end project delivery—planning to execution—while ensuring alignment with business goals, compliance requirements, and technical standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex business and technology projects, particularly within the payments domain.
• Ensure seamless integration, server configuration, and compliance with cybersecurity protocols.
• Apply knowledge of business operations and technical systems to make informed project decisions.
• Work closely with cross‑functional teams and the Head of Enterprise to align projects with strategic goals.
• Develop and improve project management frameworks and methodologies to suit evolving needs.
• Mentor project teams, set clear expectations, and promote a high‑performance culture.
• Make autonomous, confident decisions with minimal supervision, demonstrating ownership and leadership.
• Maintain a strong understanding of compliance regulations and industry standards.
