Job Summary
The Sales Growth Specialist is responsible for driving sales performance and overall business growth through strategic planning, partnership management, and data‑driven decision‑making. This role focuses on managing and optimizing relationships with third‑party aggregators and online platforms to maximize product visibility and conversion. Key Responsibilities
- Drive overall sales growth and business expansion through strategic sales initiatives.
- Manage relationships with key third‑party aggregators and ensure mutually beneficial partnerships.
- Optimize product and service listings on aggregator platforms to maximize visibility and conversion.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market changes, and competitor activities.
- Establish sales targets, prepare forecasts, and allocate resources to meet company goals.
- Maintain strong relationships with customers and partners built on trust and collaboration.
- Conduct market research to identify opportunities for product or service enhancement.

Requirements and Qualifications
