Job Summary The Marketing Growth Specialist is responsible for developing and executing data-driven marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention through digital channels. The role focuses on optimizing paid campaigns, enhancing brand visibility, and ensuring measurable business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across multiple platforms (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, X, TikTok, etc.).

Develop and manage digital marketing strategies to increase traffic, leads, and conversions.

Monitor and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, etc.) to ensure ROI targets are met.

Conduct A / B testing and performance analysis to enhance ad effectiveness and user engagement.

Collaborate with design, content, and sales teams to create compelling ad creatives and marketing materials.

Manage and optimize marketing funnels to ensure continuous customer growth.

Identify emerging trends, tools, and technologies in digital marketing to maintain a competitive edge.

Prepare regular performance reports and present insights and recommendations to management.

Qualifications & Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

Minimum of

3 years of proven experience

in digital marketing and paid advertising campaigns.

Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, SEO / SEM, and social media marketing.

Experience with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and Data Studio.

Excellent understanding of marketing metrics, conversion tracking, and customer journey mapping.

Strong communication and project management skills.
