Role Overview
As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for expanding the marketplace by identifying, onboarding, and growing high‑potential sellers. You will engage with new sellers from offline markets and online platforms, ensure seamless onboarding, and help them scale sustainably. The role combines business development, relationship management, and operational coordination to drive assortment expansion, competitive pricing, and seller success.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and onboard new marketplace sellers through field visits, referrals, and competitor platforms.
Manage a portfolio of onboarded sellers for at least three months to stabilize and scale their business before transitioning them to the Account Management team.
Collaborate with category, operations, and seller support teams to resolve onboarding, cataloging, or order‑related issues promptly.
