Assistant Manager - Enterprise Infrastructure Delivery

Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking a motivated and skilled Assistant Manager - Enterprise Infrastructure Delivery to join our growing team. Key Responsibilities :

• Assist in the planning and management of enterprise infrastructure projects, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic goals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather project requirements and provide status updates.
• Monitor project performance by gathering data, analyzing metrics, and preparing comprehensive reports.
• Support troubleshooting efforts and resolve technical issues to maintain optimal infrastructure delivery.
• Help ensure compliance with organizational policies, best practices, and industry standards.
• Coordinate with vendors and external partners to support infrastructure initiatives and maintain effective relationships.
• Contribute to process improvement efforts by analyzing current practices and suggesting enhancements.
• Stay informed about advancements in enterprise infrastructure technologies to support innovative solutions.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in enterprise infrastructure delivery or project management roles.
• Understanding of enterprise-level infrastructure systems, networks, and technologies.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse teams.
• Proficient in project management software and tools.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
