Description

We are seeking a skilled Fabrication Foreman to lead our fabrication team in India. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in metal fabrication, overseeing projects from start to finish, ensuring quality and safety standards are met.

Responsibilities

Supervise and manage the fabrication team to ensure timely project completion.
Read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications accurately.
Oversee the setup and operation of fabrication machinery and tools.
Ensure adherence to safety protocols and quality standards in fabrication processes.
Conduct regular inspections of work in progress to maintain quality control.
Train and mentor junior staff and new employees in fabrication techniques and safety practices.

Skills and Qualifications

5-10 years of experience in metal fabrication or a related field.

Strong knowledge of fabrication processes, tools, and equipment.

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.

Familiarity with safety regulations and quality standards in fabrication.

Excellent leadership and team management skills.

Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
