We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Steel Detailing Team Leader / Sr. Steel Designer to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in steel detailing and design, with a proven track record of leading teams to deliver high-quality projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of steel detailers and designers to ensure timely and accurate project delivery.
• Review and approve detailed shop drawings and fabrication documents for steel structures.
• Collaborate with project managers and engineers to understand project requirements and specifications.
• Conduct training and mentorship for junior team members to enhance their skills and productivity.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in steel detailing and design.
• Participate in project planning meetings and provide input on design and detailing processes.
