The role ensures smooth coordination between customers, transporters, warehouses, and internal teams to guarantee timely delivery, accuracy in documentation, and full compliance with company and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities

1. Shipment Coordination & Execution

• Plan, schedule, and coordinate daily inbound and outbound shipments.
• Ensure all cargo is picked, packed, loaded, and delivered according to customer requirements.
• Assign and monitor drivers, trucks, and delivery routes.
• Communicate pickup and delivery instructions to operations teams.
