Overview
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Development Officer to join our team. The primary focus is to establish partnerships with brands, negotiate compelling offers for students, and oversee the onboarding process for new partners. Key Responsibilities
Develop and manage brand partnerships, ensuring alignment with company goalsHandle the end-to-end onboarding process for partner brands, including creating and editing brand profile pagesMaintain accurate and up-to-date brand data within the CRM systemDraft and negotiate contracts with partner companiesParticipate in internal meetings to align strategies and objectivesAchieve business development targets and contribute to team successStay informed on market trends to identify new opportunitiesRequirements
Proficiency in Google Sheets, Word, and CRM toolsStrong negotiation and communication skills in both English and ArabicTeam-oriented mindset with the ability to collaborate effectivelyKnowledge of the market and business development techniquesPrevious experience in business development is a plusDetails
