The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the commercial aspects of multiple construction and development projects, ensuring financial viability, contract compliance, and stakeholder satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.##

- Financial Management
- Develop and manage project budgets, cash flows, and financial forecasts
- Monitor project costs, analyze variances, and implement corrective actions when necessary
- Prepare monthly financial reports and present to stakeholders and senior management
- Contract Administration
- Review, negotiate, and manage contracts with clients, consultants, and contractors
- Assess and mitigate contractual and commercial risks
- Manage change orders, variations, and claims processes
- Procurement Strategy
- Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with project objectives
- Evaluate and select contractors, suppliers, and consultants
- Negotiate favorable commercial terms and conditions
- Client Relationship Management
- Act as the primary commercial point of contact for clients
- Provide regular updates on project financial performance
- Identify and pursue additional service opportunities with existing clients
- Team Leadership
- Lead and mentor commercial team members
- Coordinate with project managers and technical teams
- Foster collaboration between commercial, technical, and operational functions
- Risk Management
- Identify, analyze, and mitigate commercial and contractual risks
- Implement risk management strategies and contingency plans
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and internal policies## ## Desired Skills and Experience
- Education and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Engineering, or related field
- Professional certification such as PMP, RICS, or equivalent qualification
- Minimum 8-10 years of relevant commercial experience in construction or real estate development
- Technical Knowledge
- Strong understanding of construction contracts, particularly FIDIC forms
- Proficiency in construction cost planning and estimation
- Knowledge of Saudi building codes and regulations
- Experience with project management and financial software
- Regional Experience
- Previous work experience in Saudi Arabia or GCC countries
- Understanding of local business practices and market conditions
- Knowledge of Saudi Vision 2030 and related development initiatives
- Soft Skills
- Excellent negotiation and conflict resolution abilities
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Effective written and verbal communication in English (Arabic language skills highly desirable)
- Leadership qualities and ability to work in multicultural environments
- Industry Knowledge
- Experience in mixed-use developments, commercial, or hospitality projects
- Understanding of sustainable building practices and certifications
- Familiarity with BIM and digital construction technologies
