MEP Project Director / Senior Project Manager

We are looking for an MEP Project Director / Senior Project Manager to work for a contractor on airport projects in Riyadh & Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.

Job Role : You are responsible for the Inspection and Commissioning of all MEP works. You assist in technical coordination meetings with subcontractors and project staff. You are responsible for supervision of MEP Managers and Engineers regarding the full scope of MEP works - the as-built documents and drawings, for the performance tests, the commissioning and hand over. You assist in auditing the MEP subcontractors for validation by project management. You will have to travel to Kazakhstan, Istanbul and other locations. You will report to the Managing Director. Salary : $15,000 - $20,000 + housing, car, insurance. Requirements : Mechanical or Electrical Engineer At least 20 years’ experience in Building MEP projects At least 10 years’ experience as project director or manager Able to prove his qualifications for leadership and coordination Able to show his previous project experience and references with details Preferably experienced in GCC countries Preferably experienced in Airport Projects Must be an EU National Fluent in English language About The Company : Quinn & McGrath Services Limited is a leading construction & engineering resourcing company specialising in placing construction personnel in the UK and Overseas.
