Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities through active networking and market research.
Promote staffing, outsourcing, and recruitment solutions to corporate clients in IT and white‑collar segments.
Leverage existing client database to generate new leads and business opportunities.
Maintain long‑term relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
Collaborate with recruitment and operations teams to deliver quality staffing solutions.
Prepare and deliver client presentations, proposals, and quotations.

Requirements

Must have an active client database or prior client network within the Saudi market.
Strong understanding of staffing, outsourcing, and recruitment models.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Proven track record in achieving sales targets.
