Sales Specialist Location : Riyadh

Industry : Staffing‑Recruitment‑Consultancy (White‑collar / IT sector Projects)

Key Responsibilities

Identify and develop new business opportunities through active networking and market research.

Promote staffing, outsourcing, and recruitment solutions to corporate clients in IT and white‑collar segments.

Leverage existing client database to generate new leads and business opportunities.

Maintain long‑term relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.

Collaborate with recruitment and operations teams to deliver quality staffing solutions.

Prepare and deliver client presentations, proposals, and quotations.

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales and revenue targets.

Maintain up‑to‑date records of client interactions and sales activities in CRM.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.

2–4 years of experience in sales or business development (preferably in IT / staffing / HR outsourcing).

Must have an active client database or prior client network within the Saudi market.

Strong understanding of staffing, outsourcing, and recruitment models.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Proven track record in achieving sales targets.

Negotiate and close large‑scale contracts with clients and decision‑makers.

Maintain market intelligence on competitors, pricing, and industry trends.

Coordinate closely with internal departments to ensure client satisfaction and project delivery.

Mentor and support junior sales team members when required.

Prepare regular reports and sales forecasts for management review.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

5+ years of experience in sales / business development in staffing, outsourcing, or IT recruitment.

Must have an existing client database and established corporate relationships within Saudi Arabia.

Strong sales, negotiation, and account management skills.

Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.

Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
