Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement comprehensive procurement strategies to support business objectives and ensure cost efficiency.

Manage the end-to-end purchasing process, including sourcing, negotiating, and contracting with suppliers.

Conduct market research to identify potential vendors, evaluate offers, and ensure competitive pricing and quality.

Oversee procurement budgets and ensure optimal allocation of resources.

Collaborate with internal teams (finance, operations, and logistics) to align purchasing activities with company needs.

Monitor supplier performance, manage relationships, and resolve any issues related to delivery or quality.

Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulations in all purchasing activities.

Lead and mentor the procurement team, set goals, and evaluate performance.

Qualifications and Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

7 to 10 years of proven experience in procurement or supply chain.

Mandatory Requirement :

Previous experience in the restaurants, cafés, or F&B sector.

Strong knowledge of sourcing strategies, vendor management, and contract negotiation.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on cost optimization.

Strong leadership and team management abilities.

Fluency in English (spoken and written).
