JASARA PMC is opening a Procurement Manager role to lead procurement efforts for key projects within our organization. This position suits a dynamic professional who will develop and execute procurement strategies aligned with project goals and the company’s success. You will manage supplier relationships, negotiate contracts, and ensure compliance with regulatory and company policies. You will also collaborate with project teams to identify procurement needs and propose effective solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Leading the procurement process for commercial projects, from identifying needs to supplier selection and contract management
- Developing and implementing procurement strategies that maximize value while ensuring compliance with industry regulations and company policies
- Negotiating contracts with suppliers to secure the best possible terms and conditions
- Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with vendors and suppliers to foster collaboration and ensure quality outcomes
- Analyzing procurement trends and market conditions to make informed purchasing decisions
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to align procurement strategies with project goals and operational needs
- Monitoring supplier performance and managing risks to ensure contractual compliance
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related fieldMinimum of 10 years of experience in procurement management, with a focus on commercial projectsProven experience in contract negotiation and supplier managementStrong analytical skills with the ability to assess market trends and procurement strategiesExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectivelyFamiliarity with procurement software and tools is a plusSeniority level
