Overview

The Role Major Construction Group in Saudi Arabia requires an experienced Procurement Manager for a major project in Riyadh.

Qualifications

• Education : A bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience : At least 10 years of procurement experience in the construction / civil engineering sector (3 years in a managerial role is required).
• Knowledge and Skills : Strong knowledge of procurement regulations, contract law, and supply chain management.
• Capabilities : Excellent negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.
• Leadership : Extensive experience in leading, strategic planning, implementation, and performance management.
