Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive procurement strategies to support business objectives and ensure cost efficiency.
• Manage the end-to-end purchasing process, including sourcing, negotiating, and contracting with suppliers.
• Conduct market research to identify potential vendors, evaluate offers, and ensure competitive pricing and quality.
• Oversee procurement budgets and ensure optimal allocation of resources.
• Collaborate with internal teams (finance, operations, and logistics) to align purchasing activities with company needs.
• Monitor supplier performance, manage relationships, and resolve any issues related to delivery or quality.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulations in all purchasing activities.
• Lead and mentor the procurement team, set goals, and evaluate performance.
