Overview

We are seeking a

highly skilled Food Safety Monitoring Expert or Project Manager

with expertise in

OTNxT (Open Trusted Network Exchange Technology)

to support our ongoing projects in Riyadh. This role is critical in ensuring that all food safety processes, monitoring systems, and operational workflows align with international best practices and comply with local regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will bring a blend of

technical knowledge in food safety monitoring systems

and

project management expertise

to oversee implementation, quality assurance, and compliance activities. Key Responsibilities

Food Safety Monitoring & Compliance Lead the implementation and optimization of

OTNxT-enabled food safety monitoring systems

across the project scope. Ensure full compliance with

local and international food safety standards , including Saudi Food & Drug Authority (SFDA) regulations, HACCP, ISO 22000, and other relevant guidelines. Establish

data-driven monitoring protocols

to track food quality, storage conditions, and supply chain integrity in real-time. Identify and mitigate food safety risks through proactive control measures and corrective action plans. Project Management & Coordination Manage the end-to-end execution of food safety initiatives, including planning, scheduling, and delivery of milestones. Collaborate with internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders to ensure alignment with project goals. Oversee vendor and supplier compliance with food safety monitoring requirements. Develop and maintain detailed project documentation, including progress reports, risk logs, and escalation plans. Stakeholder Engagement & Training Serve as the

subject matter expert (SME)

for OTNxT food safety monitoring systems, providing guidance to project teams and partners. Conduct workshops and training sessions to build local team capability in food safety monitoring and reporting. Act as the primary point of contact for regulatory bodies, auditors, and client stakeholders on food safety matters. Reporting & Performance Tracking Establish

KPIs and dashboards

to measure the effectiveness of food safety monitoring systems. Produce regular performance reports for senior management and regulatory authorities. Recommend continuous improvements to enhance monitoring accuracy and operational efficiency. Expected Deliverables Comprehensive

food safety monitoring strategy

aligned with OTNxT technology capabilities. Compliance framework documentation covering local and international food safety standards. Regular

project status reports , including risk assessments and mitigation plans. Final project handover package with SOPs, training materials, and governance structures. Qualifications & Experience Required : Bachelors degree

in Food Science, Food Technology, Public Health, Quality Management, or related field. 8+ years of experience

in food safety monitoring, quality assurance, or regulatory compliance within food or FMCG industries. Strong knowledge of

food safety standards and regulatory frameworks , particularly HACCP, ISO 22000, and SFDA requirements. Proven track record of

project management , with experience leading cross-functional teams and managing large-scale implementations. Familiarity with

digital monitoring technologies

and data-driven food safety solutions, ideally OTNxT or similar platforms. Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills. Preferred : PMP or PRINCE2 certification

or equivalent project management qualification. Experience working in

Saudi Arabia or the GCC region , with a strong understanding of local regulations and practices. Arabic language proficiency (advantageous). Soft Skills Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to operate effectively under pressure and meet deadlines. Collaborative mindset with the ability to influence diverse stakeholders.
